Next Wave Hospitality was born from a simple observation: the best professional relationships are forged in relaxed, enjoyable settings — not sterile conference halls.
We started with a small dinner for 20 hospitality professionals in London. The conversations were electric. The connections were real. Everyone asked when the next one was.
Since then, we've grown into a community of hundreds of hospitality leaders, innovators, and rising stars. Our events are bigger, but the ethos hasn't changed: create an evening that people genuinely look forward to, and the business will follow.
